• Module 2 is offered within the territory of Austria and under support of PPMC associates such as counsellors and tax advisors
• The PPMC offer will be based on the specific demands of the client and will be invoiced on an hourly rate
• External associates can be either hired directly by the client or through PPMC - their fees will be invoiced separately and in addition to PPMC's services

Module 3

Office Management / Administration

• General Office / administrative work
• Organization and optimization of business travel and controlling of travel expenses reports
• invoicing & payment control
• preparation of monthly debits and credits for the external tax advisor's accounting, and other such related services

• Module 3 is offered within the territory of Austria and under support of PPMC associates such as counsellors and tax advisors
• The PPMC offer will be based on the specific demands of the client and will be invoiced on an hourly rate or by means of a jointly agreed monthly retainer

Commercial / Legal support

• Introduction of adequate business processes

• Introduction of a competence centre for providing commercial/legal advisory as interlink to externa lawyers and/or to the legal department of our client's (parent) company

• Promoting our client's company and products and services at highest political and commercial levels/decision-makers

• PPMC is offering such services through its associate, U.S. Ambassador (ret) Mr. Victor Jackovich
• The PPMC offer will be based on the specific demands of the client and will be invoiced on an hourly rate

Supervisory Board

• Mr. Papouschek can offer sound expertise with regards to export sales and strategy

• Module 7 is offered globally
• The founder of PPMC, Mr. Peter Papouschek, was amongst the first alumni of the advanced training course for qualified supervisory board/foundation board in Austria in 2011, and has already held board of director's position in the past
